By entering into this competition you are agreeing to receive emails from chalkydigits and to abide by the terms and conditions following:

Terms and Conditions:

1. One entry per person.
2. Prizewinners will be determined by a random draw from all correct entries received before the closing date.
3. Prizes not claimed within seven working days of notification may be re-drawn.
4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other property and are subject to the terms and conditions and refund policies of chalkydigits Ltd.
5. Employees of chalkydigits and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition or win any prizes.
6. Each winner acknowledges that chalkydigits accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage or illness or injury, which may occur as a result of the winner winning the prizes and/or using the prizes. Each winner shall accept and use the prizes at their own risk.
7. The Chalky Island competition draw will take place on 1st February 2010.
8. The Chalky Island prize includes transport to and from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
9. The winner must be available to travel between the dates 9th - 17th March 2010.
10. The draw for the clothes and custom-made chalkydigits skateboard will take place on 1st March 2010.
11. All competition winners will be notified by using the contact details provided and announced on our website and newsletter.
12. In the event of any dispute, the Managing Director of chalkydigits shall make a final and binding determination.
