For every dollar you spend in our store on on our website, you will get 1 Loyalty Point - once you have reached 100 points, you can redeem them for $5 Chalky Dollars. For example, after spending $500 you will have $25 Chalky Dollars to put towards your next online or instore purchase.
All you need to do is create an account on our website (if you haven't already) and make sure you are logged in when making a purchase. Instore, our friendly Chalky staff will be able to do this for you, and add new points on at the time of purchase.
We offer free delivery in New Zealand and Australia on all orders over $199. For orders under this amount freight is $7 within New Zealand and $12 to Australia. There is also a Click and Collect option for those living in or traveling to Christchurch. Click and Collect items are available for pick up from our flagship Tannery store, 3 Garlands Way, Christchurch during shop opening hours.

All parcels within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier.
Overseas parcels are sent by NZ Post International mail, overseas parcels are not tracked but can be sent by International tracked courier for an optional fee of NZ$30. Chalkydigits is not responsible for any loss or damage to un-tracked international parcels
GST, VAT and Duties:
All New Zealand prices are inclusive of GST. Shipments overseas do not include local taxes or duties and you may have to pay these. In Australia goods imported over the internet are free of duties if they have a value under $1000.
All our prices are in New Zealand dollars. If you are buying from overseas this will be converted into your local currency at the bank rates ruling on the day.
For the best advice on how to care for your chalkydigits garment, please refer to the care label sewn inside the seam of every garment. If you’re still unsure, please read the detailed Care Guide on our website or contact us directly.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our garments accurately on our website, however the colours you see are dependent on the monitor you use, so we cannot guarantee that they will be exactly the same. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further.
If the garment you have purchased from us isn’t quite the right size or colour, please send it straight back to us (unused, carefully packaged) so we can organise a speedy exchange or refund. Don’t forget to include the original purchase documentation and your telephone number. While we do not cover your return shipping costs, we are happy to ship your exchange garment for free.
In the case of a suspected fault in your garment, please send back to us at the address below, including your purchase documentation, telephone number and a description of the flaw. We will either repair, replace or credit the garment price if we determine it to be a fault of our manufacturing, storage or delivery. We will do our best to let you know the outcome and how long it will take to resolve within 2 days of us receiving the product. We will reimburse any freight charges incurred. Sorry we do not accept returns on tights and socks.
Please note: All returns must be presented to the original place of purchase (bought from a store? please return to the store, thanks, they will resolve any issues on our behalf).
